That is the only way we can ensure that you will continue to spread the word. We enjoy entertaining our visitors, and, by doing it all together, we share a special bond between each and every one at Jemima's.

The Malherbes of Jemima’s live to share the lure of Jemima, a guardian angel of love, good taste and the finest cuisine, who graciously chose to lend her name to this piece of paradise.  People arrive to a jovial welcome in an inviting, but unknown place and leave as old friends longing to return for another visit with friends as soon as possible. The art of turning complete strangers into longstanding friends is an art perfected by Pierre and Debbie effortlessly executed, truly enjoyed, altogether
sincere. The Jemima’s hosts love people, not diners, friends not clients.
The rustic feel good food is prepared with ingredients that are in season – from the yard garden and from local produce markets. Dishes of locally farmed Ostrich and Karoo lamb, and fish from the neighbouring South Cape Coast are washed down with wines selected to heighten the flavoursome enjoyment.
Favourites like duck liver pâté with wine jelly, crisp patato skins with quince chilli jam and sour cream, deboned leg of Karoo lamb oven baked and served in polite portions.

They say the proof is in the pudding that’s why there bread and butter pudding will have you return from the ends of the world to dine yet again with Jemima. The ethereal angel that leaves you with an enduring memory of lavishing elegance and old-fashioned goodness.
