WHO IS JODY ADAMS?

After graduating from Brown University with a degree in anthropology, Jody Adams decided on a career in the restaurant business and worked her way through the ranks of Boston’s best restaurants.  In 1994 Jody opened Rialto with two restaurateur partners. At Rialto Jody’s focus broadened to include French, Spanish and Eastern Mediterranean cuisine. Jody has also published her first cookbook “in the hands of a chef:  cooking with Jody Adams Rialto Restaurant” The book is a collection of recipes that follows her passions and palate as she cooks to spend time in the kitchen.
