Helene-Marie Ceillier, originally from France, has travelled around the world extensively before settling in Knysna three years ago. It's here where she alternates between being a guest-house owner, french teacher and jewellery designer. Her teaching skills and passion for food and craft, lead to her involvement in children's workshops together with her friend Greta.
Greta Theron has been training formally and informally in art, craft and food all her life. Always eager to share these passions with family and friends, she has been involved in doing children’s workshops from dancing to ceramics from her studio in Knysna. She is currently running her own biscuit and rusk factory, The RuskCo. in Knysna.
