I. thk your lips GASTRONOMICA is a food festival in Knysna where food is only one of the ingredients entertainment, culinary art, music, fashion and education are also part of the event.
The festival culminates In a gala dinner the Chefs Party with participating chefs producing an extravagant five-course menu.
Gastronomica will have 10 days crammed with hands-on workshops, demonstrations, competitions and discussions. This years theme is From the Earth to the Plate, bringing together a diverse spectrum of food lovers.
Main attractions include the Think Like A Pastry Chef, and the Professional Chocolate And Patisserie Workshop, hosted by En-Ming Hsu. It runs from September 23 until October 1.
